Abstract

This research paper will assess the findings as it relates to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Crime Information Management System used by the Belize Police Department. The Instrument used to abstract pertinent information to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of this platform was a survey. The questions included in the survey outlined the Information Quality, System Quality, Complementary Technology Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction, and the Use and Perceived Net Benefits to ascertain its ease of use, accessibility, improve work performance and overall satisfaction of the Belize Police Department.
