Abstract

While a considerable amount of research that has been conducted on information systems success models, little research has been done to test the effectiveness of these systems. This study provides the empirical test on the adaption of the Comarch System. The model consists of six dimensions: information quality, system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and perceived net benefits. Structure equation modelling techniques was applied to data collected by the questionnaire from 30 employees of different departments at Belize Telemedia Limited. The hypothesized relationships between the six success variables are successfully supported by the data. The findings provide several important implications for research and practice. This paper concludes by discussing the limitations of the study which should be addressed in future research.
